Return Policy

 

I. Information on our Return Policy

You have the right to return merchandise within 30 days from the date of purchase if the merchandise is returned in saleable condition and is accompanied by a sales receipt giving any reason and the FREYWILLE Return Form that was included with your shipment. The merchandise should be returned with the original sales tag intact and attached. In the event you have lost or misplaced your FREYWILLE Return Form you can download another one here. Kindly note that FREYWILLE does not accept exchanges or provide refunds on any fragrance sale.

Shipping charges, including Special Handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. FREYWILLE will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.

To meet the return deadline, it is sufficient for you to drop off your package at the nearest shipping location on or before the 30 day return period has expired.

Please be advised that items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than FREYWILLE), or damaged cannot be accepted for return.

 

II. Effecting the Return

To coordinate a merchandise return, please contact FREYWILLE via email at [email protected]reywille.com and attach to the email a scanned copy of the FREYWILLE Return Form.  FREYWILLE then will arrange for pick-up of the goods at the address that you indicate and charge $20 for shipping the merchandise back using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction (unless we have expressly agreed otherwise).

If you return merchandise to us and comply with our Return Policy stated herein, we shall reimburse you for the purchase price of the merchandise but not including the cost of shipping and handling.  You bear the risk of loss during shipment of any returned item.

Please allow approximately 14 days from the date that we receive the merchandise to process your refund. We will reimburse you for the cost of the merchandise using the same method of payment that you used for the initial transaction (provided payment has been received by us), unless we have expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement except for the cost of shipping. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your product please follow the instructions on the FREYWILLE Return Form that was including with your package regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from your handling other than what is reasonably necessary to evaluate the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
