Withdrawal and Exchange/Return Policy

 

I. Withdrawal Policy

Information on Withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last good.

PLEASE NOTE: Products sold with additional discounts or offered during sale/promotion with additional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post, fax or email). You may use the model withdrawal form that comes with your shipment. You can also download the withdrawal form online here, fill it in and submit it to us. If you use this option, we will communicate to you an acknowledgement of receipt of such a withdrawal on a durable medium (e.g. by email) without delay.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (from Webshop to customer, with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.
We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.

without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you decide to withdraw your order. To ensure a safe return of these items please follow our instructions regarding wrapping, packaging, shipping and insurance. You shall use the same shipping method used for the initial shipping of your order. The cost for return shipping is estimated at a maximum of approximately $30.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handing other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

All goods must be sent to us with their original tag intact and attached.

If you wish to withdraw from the contract you may use the prepared model withdrawal form that comes with your shipment or can be downloaded HERE.

Please complete and return this form only if you wish to withdraw from the contract.

 

II. Exchange/Return Policy

You have the right to return for exchange merchandise, purchased from the FREYWILLE Online Boutique within 30 days from the date of purchase if merchandise is returned in saleable condition and is accompanied by a sales receipt and giving us a particular reason for the return and the FREYWILLE Exchange/ Return Form that was included with your shipment filled out.

PLEASE NOTE: Products sold with additional discounts or offered during sale/promotion with additional discount are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To exercise your right to return your order for exchange you must inform us in writing, preferrably by email, of you request for exchange, before sending the goods back to the FREYWILLE US Distribution Center. 

The merchandise should be returned with the original sales tag intact and attached. In the event you have lost or misplaced your FREYWILLE Exchange/Return Form you can download another one HERE.

In order to ensure safe and proper retun of your order to our location, please wait for our instructions and pre-paid shipping label. 

Shipping charges, including special handling and any other related costs, are non-refundable in the exchange cases. Please do not ship returns C.O.D. We will not accept any C.O.D. shipment sent to FREYWILLE (Canada) Inc. or any shipment that is not following our guidelines.

If you receive any portion of your order damaged, please contact us prior to returning the items. FREYWILLE will not reimburse you for unauthorized shipping expenses incurred.

To meet the exchange deadline it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your request for exchane before the 30 day exchange period has expired.

Please be advised that items that show signs of wear or have been altered, resized (by a jeweler other than FREYWILLE), or damaged cannot be accepted for exchange.


Effecting the Exchange/Return

After positive confirmation of the goods’ sound condition upon receipt in the boutique, we will contact you regarding the exchange options and delivery times. You are responsible for shipping costs from your location to FREYWILLE Boutique and backwards.

If you return merchandise to us prior to the expiration of the 30 day return period,in the case of a specified return, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you. Please allow approximately 14 days from the day on which we receive the merchandise from you to process your return. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction (provided payment has been received by us), unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. You may wish to contact your credit card company on posting guidelines as they can vary. Gift recipients are entitled to a nonrefundable merchandise credit. To return or exchange your product please follow the instructions on the FREYWILLE Return Form that was included with your package, regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance.

You are liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods. The provisions set forth herein do not limit any applicable statutory rights.
