3.1 As the data subject, you have the right to be provided at any time with information free of charge about any of your personal data that are stored as well as their origin, the recipient and the purpose for which they have been processed. You also have the right to have these data corrected, object to them, restrict their processing as well as to have data that have been processed incorrectly or without permission blocked or deleted.

3.2 Please let us know about any changes to your personal data.

3.3 You have the right to revoke your consent to the use of your personal data at any time. 6. Data storage

We will not keep data longer than is necessary to fulfil our contractual or legal obligations.

7. Cookies

7.1 Like most platforms, we log IP addresses and use cookies and similar technologies that enable us to recognise you and personalise your experience and provide us with information about the way our platform visitors use our platform. More information about how we use cookies and related technologies is provided below.

7.2 Cookies are text files containing small amounts of information that are downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website or mobile application. They are used to recognise your computer when you navigate through different pages of a website, or when you return to a website or mobile application that you previously accessed. Cookies are often used to provide functions on platforms or to operate them more efficiently and to forward information to the platform operators.

7.3 We use cookies to improve the online experience of our visitors (for example by storing your language and/or product preferences) and to better understand how our platform is used. Cookies can inform us, for example, whether you have already visited our platform or are a new visitor. You can also help ensure that ads you see on the internet are more relevant to you and your interests.

7.4 There are two categories of cookies:

• First-party cookies, placed directly by us on your computer or mobile device. We will only use these to recognise your computer or mobile device when you visit our platform again.

• Third-party cookies that may be placed by an external service provider through our platform and used by that service provider to recognise your computer or mobile device when you use it to visit other platforms. Third-party cookies are most commonly used for platform analysis or advertising purposes.

7.5 Cookies are stored on your computer or mobile device for different periods of time. We use both ‘session cookies’ and ‘permanent cookies’. Session cookies persist only as long as your browser is open and are automatically deleted when you close your browser. Permanent cookies remain stored even after you close your browser and can be used to recognise your computer or mobile device when you open your browser and surf the internet again.

7.6 The platform only uses the following cookie types on your computer or mobile device:

Cookies required for important purposes
These cookies are essential for providing you with the services available on this platform and for using some of the functions, such as access to secure areas. Without these cookies, services requested by you, such as transaction pages and secure user accounts, would not be feasible.

Functional cookies
These cookies serve a number of purposes related to the presentation, performance and functionality of this platform. The overall purpose, however, is to improve the user-friendliness and the experience of using the platform for the visitor.
Some of these cookies allow visitors to select language, product or other platform preferences.

Performance cookies
These cookies are used to collect information about how visitors use our platform.
The information collected does not identify individual visitors and is aggregated. It includes the number of visitors to our platform, the platforms from which they accessed our platform and the pages they accessed on our platform.
We use this information to operate our platform more efficiently, gather broad demographic information and monitor activity levels on our platform.

Marketing cookies
These cookies are used to deliver content via targeted advertising that isrelevant to your interests or to limit the number of times you see a certain advertisement.

Social cookies
These cookies enable users to distribute pages and content via external social networks and other platforms. The companies that use these cookies may also use your information to place target-group-specific advertising on other platforms.

7.7 We use cookies that are not absolutely necessary only with your consent. You have the right to revoke this consent at any time and to refuse the use of cookies; we have explained how you can exercise this right below. Please note, however, that you may not be able to use all functions of our platform if you decide to reject the use of cookies.

7.8 You can set your cookie preferences by changing your browser settings so that cookies cannot be placed on your computer or mobile device from this platform. If you wish to do this, please follow your browser’s instructions (which are usually found in the “Help”, “Tools” or “Change” menu).

7.9 For more information about cookies and how you can tell which cookies have been set on your computer or mobile device and how to manage and delete them, visit www.allaboutcookies.org and www.youronlinechoices.eu.

The information generated by the cookies about your use of this website (including your IP address, which is rendered anonymous using the “anonymizeIp()” method so that it can no longer be assigned to a connection) is transmitted to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating your use of the website, compiling reports on website activity for website operators and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage. Google may also transfer this information to third parties if this is required by law or if third parties process this data on behalf of Google. Google may associate your IP address with other Google data. You may refuse the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on your browser; however, please note that if you do this you may not be able to use the full functionality of this website. 9. Google AdWords and DoubleClick

9.1 Google AdWords and DoubleClick are services of Google Inc, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). Google AdWords and DoubleClick use cookies to present advertisements relevant to you.

9.2 Your browser is assigned a pseudonymous identification number (ID) to check which ads have been displayed in your browser and which ads have been called up. The cookies do not contain any personal information. You can also prevent Google from collecting the data generated by the cookies and relating to your use of the website and from processing this data by Google by deactivating this feature at the following link: https://adssettings.google.com/

10. Social plugins

10.1 Facebook plugins (Like button)
This website uses social plugins (“Plugins”) provided by the social network Facebook, which is operated by Facebook Inc., 1601 S. California Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94304, USA (“Facebook”). The Plugins are marked with a Facebook logo or the addition “Facebook Social Plug-in” or “Facebook Social Plugin”. An overview of the Facebook plugins and their appearance can be found here: https://developers.facebook.com/docs/plugins/
When the user accesses a page of the FREYWILLE website containing such a plugin, the browser establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers. The content of the plugin is transmitted directly from Facebook to the user’s browser and integrated into the website.
By integrating the plugins, Facebook receives the information that the user’s browser has called up the corresponding page of the FREYWILLE website, even if the user does not have a Facebook account or is not currently logged on to Facebook. This information (including your IP address) is transmitted directly from the user’s browser to a Facebook server in the USA and stored there.
If the user is logged in to Facebook, Facebook can directly assign the visit of the FREYWILLE website to the Facebook account. If the user interacts with the plugins, for example by clicking the “Like” button or making a comment, the corresponding information is also transmitted directly to a Facebook server and stored there. The information is also published on Facebook and displayed to Facebook friends.
Facebook may use this information for the purposes of advertising, market research and demand-oriented design of Facebook pages. For this purpose, Facebook creates usage, interest and relationship profiles, e.g. to evaluate the use of the FREYWILLE website with regard to the advertisements displayed by the user on Facebook, to inform other Facebook users about the activities on the FREYWILLE website and to provide further services associated with the use of Facebook.
If the user does not want Facebook to associate the data collected via the FREYWILLE website with the Facebook account, the user must log out of Facebook before visiting the FREYWILLE website.
The purpose and scope of the data collection and the further processing and use of the data by Facebook as well as the relevant rights and setting options for the protection of privacy can be taken from Facebook’s data protection information:
http://www.facebook.com/policy.php

10.2 Use of Facebook Remarketing
This website uses the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” of Facebook Inc. (“Facebook”). This function is used to present interest-based advertisements (“Facebook ads”) to visitors to this website when they visit the social network Facebook. For this purpose, Facebook’s remarketing tag has been implemented on this website. This tag establishes a direct connection to the Facebook servers when you visit the website. The information is transmitted to the Facebook server that you have visited this website and Facebook assigns this information to your personal Facebook user account. For more information about Facebook’s collection and use of the data and your rights and choices about protecting your privacy, please see Facebook’s privacy policy at https://www.facebook.com/about/privacy/. Alternatively, you can deactivate the remarketing function “Custom Audiences” at https://www.facebook.com/settings. You must be logged in to Facebook to do this.

10.3 Instagram
Our pages include functions of the Instagram service. These functions are provided by Instagram Inc, 1601 Willow Road, Menlo Park, CA, 94025, USA. If you are logged into your Instagram account, you can link the contents of our pages to your Instagram profile by clicking the Instagram button. This allows Instagram to associate the visit to our pages with your user account. We would like to point out that, as the provider of these pages, we are not aware of the content of the data transmitted or how Instagram uses it. For more information, please see Instagram’s privacy policy: https://instagram.com/about/legal/privacy

10.3 Pinterest
On our site we use social plugins of the social network Pinterest, which is operated by Pinterest Inc., 808 Brannan Street San Francisco, CA 94103-490, USA (“Pinterest”). When you access a page that contains such a plugin, your browser establishes a direct connection to Pinterest’s servers. The plugin transfers protocol data to Pinterest’s server in the USA. This log information may include your IP address, the address of the sites you visit, which may also include Pinterest features, the type and settings of your browser, the date and time of your request, your use of Pinterest, and cookies. For more information about Pinterest’s purpose, scope and further processing and use of the data and your rights and means of protecting your privacy, please see Pinterest’s privacy policy: https://about.pinterest.com/privacy-policy

10.4 YouTube
Our website uses plugins from Google’s YouTube site. This website is operated by YouTube, LLC, 901 Cherry Ave, San Bruno, CA 94066, USA. If you visit one of our pages equipped with a YouTube plugin, a connection to the YouTube servers is established. The YouTube server will be informed which of our pages you have visited. When you are logged into your YouTube account, you allow YouTube to associate your surfing behaviour directly with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account. Further information on how user data is handled can be found in YouTube’s privacy policy at: https://www.google.com/policies/privacy

11. Server log files

11.1 In order to optimise this website in terms of system performance, user-friendliness and provision of useful information about our services, the provider of the website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. This includes your internet protocol address (IP address), browser and language setting, operating system, referrer URL, your internet service provider and date/time.

11.2 These data are not combined with personal data sources. We reserve the right to subsequently check these data if we become aware of concrete indications of an illegal use.

12. Email newsletter

12.1 At www.freywille.com, you have the opportunity to subscribe to the free FREYWILLE newsletter. The newsletter informs about current offers, events and products of FREYWILLE. After sending the registration form you will receive a confirmation email from us.

12.2 Registration will not take effect until you have clicked the link in the confirmation email. You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time. You can use the unsubscribe link at the end of each email. The user’s email address will then be deleted from the distribution system immediately.
