Delivery and Charges

The shipping fee for each order is depending on the destination of the delivery address. Please contact FREYWILLE client service [email protected] to get detailed information about delivery costs to your country.

Please allow a maximum delivery time of up to 15 working days, depending on the delivery address it might take longer and also may take a little longer during high season.
We aim to process all orders in as little time as possible. However, please note that our FREYWILLE pieces are handcrafted and may be manufactured upon your request for you especially.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

Orders will be shipped using a trustworthy local or international shipping company.

Please note that the maximum value for each order is 5.000 Euros (or the same value in respective local currency).

If we are unable to deliver your order or if more than one delivery attempt is necessary there may be additional charges for delivery.

The risk of loss and damage to the goods passes to you when you or a third party indicated by yourself have acquired the physical possession of the goods. If you, however, have commissioned a carrier that has not been offered by us the risk will pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
