Withdrawal Policy

Exchange/Return Policy
You have the right to return for exchange merchandise, purchased from the FREYWILLE Online Boutique within 30 days from the date of purchase if the merchandise is returned in saleable condition and is accompanied by a sales receipt and giving us a particular reason for the return and the FREYWILLE Exchange Form that was included with your shipment filled out.
