For decades, FREYWILLE has created artistic jewellery collections inspired by great art, culture and human creativity. Every FREYWILLE collection begins with an idea - inspired by art, philosophy, emotion or cultural heritage. The creative process combines extensive artistic research, hand-drawn sketches and colour experimentation to transform inspiration into wearable art. Led by Simone Grünberger-Wille and the FREYWILLE artistic team, each design evolves through continuous refinement until every detail achieves perfect harmony.
Every collection begins with an intensive search for inspiration. The FREYWILLE artistic team explores art movements, cultural history, philosophy, emotions and the beauty of everyday life to discover themes that can be transformed into jewellery. Whether inspired by Gustav Klimt, Claude Monet, Hundertwasser or original FREYWILLE concepts, every collection is created to evoke emotion, individuality and joy.
Before a single jewellery piece is created, extensive research and study take place. The team analyses artistic styles, historical references, symbolism and decorative elements to develop a strong creative foundation for each collection. FREYWILLE does not reproduce artworks - instead, iconic inspirations are reinterpreted into entirely new artistic creations with their own identity and visual language.
The creative process continues through countless hand-drawn sketches, pattern studies and colour experiments. Every composition is carefully refined using self-mixed gouache colours and numerous enamel test firings to achieve the desired brilliance, depth and emotion. The process requires patience, experimentation and artistic precision - often taking up to two years before a collection is complete.
Each FREYWILLE collection is composed of multiple coordinated jewellery sets including bracelets, rings, earrings and pendants in various forms and sizes. Every mounting is exclusively designed in-house and crafted by selected European manufacturers using premium materials including 24kt gold plating, palladium/rhodium finishes and 18kt gold. The result is a complete artistic universe - expressive, colourful and unmistakably FREYWILLE.
