Standard shipping is for free for all orders above GBP 350 purchase value. The shipping fee for each order below GBP 350 is GBP 12.

We aim to process all orders in as little time as possible. However, please note that our FREYWILLE pieces are handcrafted and may be manufactured upon your request for you especially.

Our standard delivery is 2-15 business days. Delivery may take a little longer during high season. If you request so, we will make efforts to deliver the products at a specific time, but generally cannot make binding promises to do so.

Any failure to deliver or late delivery exceeding 15 business days must be reported to us.

International delivery costs do not include any taxes or duties which may be applied by customs at the destination country and any duties or taxes incurred are the responsibility of the delivery recipient. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to decide if the piece you ordered is right for you. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you decide to withdraw your order. To ensure a safe return of these items please follow our instructions regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance in this regard. You are required to use the same delivery company that has delivered the goods to you i.e. the company selected by us. The cost for return shipping is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 20 (or equivalent amount in GBP).
