The following processing and delivery values will apply to all orders in our FREYWILLE wwebshop. All values are given in Euro currency.

Standard shipping is free for all orders above 400 Euros.

The shipping fee for each order is 11,50 Euros. Please note that this is to ensure that all pieces of your order reach you safe and in perfect condition.

Please allow a maximum delivery time of up to 2-15 working days. Delivery may take a little longer during high season. We aim to process all orders in as little time as possible. However, please note that our FREYWILLE pieces are handcrafted and may be manufactured upon your request for you especially.

Before you place your order, you will be informed of the expected delivery details. However, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
As a consumer you have 14 calendar days after receipt of your order to decide if the piece you ordered is right for you. Please note that you will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods if you decide to withdraw your order. To ensure a safe return of these items please follow our instructions regarding wrapping, shipping and insurance in this regard. You are required to use the same delivery company that has delivered the goods to you i.e. the company selected by us. The cost for return shipping is estimated at a maximum of approximately EUR 20 (or equivalent amount in the repective local currency).
